The not-so-good

It’s not perfect. The biggest issue? You absolutely need a solid internet connection. If you’re in a weak signal area, the app drops calls or stutters badly. We once had a call cut mid-sentence because of a data spike - not fun. And yeah, your provider might charge you for the data, even though the app itself is free. Also, the interface isn’t flashy or modern. It looks like it hasn’t been touched since 2015. But honestly, it doesn’t matter - if you need it, you don’t care about the design. The main thing is it works when you need it.
